Amazing food, impeccable service and such good ambience! Absolutely loved the place, conveniently located in the heart of London, barely 3 minutes walk to Tower Bridge and only a few minutes away from London Bridge station. I spent the entire day in their cafe with my baby and a friend and we had such a great time! The staff is so polite and welcoming. They took such great care of us and our babies! Special shout out to Suhrid who made sure everything was perfect right from the word go! Also Manisha, Deep, Vincent and Joseph made sure we were comfortable and looked after well. Thank you so much guys for a great day! Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We were greeted by a very welcoming front desk staff where Kim checked us in and showed us around the hotel. The hotel is a converted courthouse complete with scratching on old jail cell walls. The room is a junior king suite. It is much larger than most rooms in the UK. Well appointed. Clean with what appears to be new furnishings. The shower is the best with a shower head that feels like standing under a gentle waterfall. The bath is beautiful white marble. It is just a lovely room. We had a full English breakfast included in the room cost. It was delicious. Eric is the manager and he and his staff were very helpful.

Room Tip: Far from the airport, near tower bridge. Cab cost to get here was 120 pounds.

We stayed 5 nights in a junior suite and it was a v good experience. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the usual comfy Marriott beds meant a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had a wide range on offer, the bar was quirky as it was originally part of the Magistrates Court. The location (v close to the south side of Tower Bridge ) was great for either walking or getting tubes from London Bridge or Tower Hill or the river bus. The staff were friendly and professional.

Dear Mikel235, Thank you for staying with us here at the Dixon Tower Bridge. I would also like to thank you for being our valued Bonvoy Elite member. We upgrade our Bonvoy members based on the availability, and I glad we were able to that for yourself. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your overall stay with us especially the room with comfortable bed. Our location right at the heart of " the world's most cultural postcode " is very handy with all attractions and stations close by which makes the Dixon very convenient for our guest's stay. The rich history which Dixon carries due to its former life as a Magistrate's court makes it very appealing with the historic Courtroom Bar which you liked still reflecting that in its atmosphere. We have preserved the history of the Grade II listed Dixon with features visible all around like the original keys near the guests lifts, benches carved by the inmates in the corridor amongst many such features. It would be great to have you back with us and I look forward to welcoming you with us soon. With Kind Regards Hasham Soliman General Manager

As a Marriott member I have visited several Marriotts in London and these hotel is good. The location is nice, with just half a block from the Queens Walk and many attractions. Breakfast was good but lacks variety (that’s why 4 stars) compared to other Marriotts in London. Limited options of fruits, hams and cheese but you could ask for pouched and fried eggs and Quaker a la carte. My room was spacious with a large bathroom but the amenities where strange, I really did not understand the mini fridge which was only spacious enough for 2 bottles of water (it looked normal but when you open it, it did not have depth), kettle good and coffee machine good also. Does not have a lounge so we usted the bar several times for drinks and light snacks but the music was to loud and the ambiance not great. I would have preferred something more relaxed in this sense were you could read or talk with your partner without shouting. In overall good but I guess these little changes must take place to be very good.

From start to finish of my stay at the Dixon hotel I was blown away with the staff and management's attention to detail and customer care. My experience could not of been better. If you are looking for a central London hotel in a great location then the Dixon hotel is guaranteed to WOW you! I also dined in the hotel and enjoyed cocktails and was not disappointed with my choices, Peter in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The room was clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable, probably one of the best night's sleep I have had in years! 10/10

Gem hotel in the centre. I stay for business coz my meetings are locally situated. No desk in room which didnt work for me. Was advised i can work in Shakedown cafe in Provision. The asian barista was not welcoming. I asked for extra glass of water with my coffee but bringing it to my table was almost like he is doing me a favour and i was the only customer there. This set the tone for my whole stay.

Dear Ala J, Thank you for staying with us here at the Dixon Tower Bridge. Being a lifestyle hotel there are no desks in the room . However, we do have portable laptop tables available on request as well as a co working area in the Shakedown cafe. I am extremely disappointed to hear the feedback for our colleague in Provisioners. Please accept my sincere apologies for this and I have already spoken to the team member to ensure we deliver warm and welcoming service expected of us. Rest be assured this is not a true reflection of our service and your feedback will certainly help the team deliver better service and raise is higher. It would be great to have you back with us and I look forward to welcoming you soon. With Kind Regards General Manager Hasham Soliman
