The room was bigger than average size. Located in Bethnal Green, many fashionable shops and restaurants are nearby. Short tube ride to central london. I love hotel's history as well. on the day i arrive there was an engagement party. loud music until late night. lest of the nights were ok. It was a pleasure to stay.

This is one of my favorite hotels in East London. Suites are amazing and great for living and working. I've stayed a few times and always look forward to coming back. Beds are super comfy and rooms come stocked with craft cocktails from the bar as well as unlimited filtered still and sparkling water. Bathrooms are large and stocked with...

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend as we were attending a Wedding. Very unusual hotel, a beautiful building with many original features. Large staircase that sweeps up to the 1st floor where there is a small restaurant serving breakfast. The wedding was in the original council chambers I think. It is a wood panelled round room and was perfect...

We were here for a work off-site and it was great! Location is good, the accomodation is amazing! So much space and everything you could possilby need. The building is lovely and has it quirks. Breakfast was ample, both on buffet and ordering service. The pool is large enough for a relaxing swim. The set-up for the off-site was also...

Loved this quirky hotel, the building has been superbly restored, we had a one bed suite with an extra bed in the living area for three of us and included a little kitchenette. All very well appointed including the bathroom. The room was chilly on arrival and the hotel finally offered to override the controls centrally and heating came on...

I stayed for 3 days so had plenty of time to test the facilities and customer service. I hope this feedback is useful. Firstly the rooms; they are much bigger than most hotels. I have stayed in many hotel apartments and in room facilities outshine the competition. They provide lots of useful extras such a Musetti coffee-maker, smartphone with calls...

We visited the Town Hall Hotel for one night and had a fantastic time! We love East London because you find all sorts of people and cultures there, and can get all types of food any time of the day or night. The hotel was absolutely perfectly placed, close enough to the tube and the buzz of Brick Lane and...

This is a really gross overrated hotel. Lovely lobby - sterile bedroom and looks like a grey Victorian asylum. Just bland. Bland. Bland!! The 'swimming pool' is an exaggeration. It's a large bath tub with no adequate place to change or put your valuables away. Gross!! We booked a special treat of a night away on the day and HATED...

I've stayed at Town Hall Hotel several times over the last couple of years. It remains quirky and comfortable, and the apartment-style rooms have all the comforts of home. However, frequent visits don't garner any consideration on price, in fact, they removed "breakfast included" at my last visit--and when I inquired, offered me a "discounted rate" equal to the highest...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your helpful observations. I am delighted you still enjoy the quirkiness and comfort we aim to provide. It is a shame London's commerce has such an effect that we have had to make some changes to the hotel, its business and that you find them less than satisfactory. I don't recognise the discounted rate you...
