Called in on way back from exhibition as ad heard many great reviews. Myself and two friends decided just to have a cocktail at the bar. Lots of waiters behind the bar but too bust chatting amongst themselves to even acknowledge us. After 5 mins we asked if we could order a cocktail and were told to wait as they...

We arranged to have dinner on a Friday night there. The place has two rooms, the one is a like a bar with a dinning place and the other one is a really elegant stylish with fireplace room to dine. If you prefer to feel soho's life and energy choose to dine at the first one, it is full of...

We were very fortunate in our stay in that we had booked a small room (tiny and cosy being the next two levels below) but when we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a medium room on the fourth floor overlooking Dean Street. It was sufficiently high that while we had the view we couldn't hear the noise...

Excellent stay, very nice staff, good location even though a little bit noisy. Perfect breakfast. Charming accommodations. Trendy and comfortable. We were staying with 4 kids and they have been able to accommodate them in a single room

Trendy brunch spot with a good selection of typical English breakfast. Warm and cozy and the staff is friendly. Great cocktail list with a wide variety of spirits. For a trendy spot prices weren't outrageous.

We were staying with relatives so decided to go out for breakfast and here came highly recommended. From initial welcome to paying the bill the service was excellent. My full English was spot on and up there with the best. My only complaint was the tea wasn't piping hot, may I suggest they scold the pot before making it (I...

Whilst the service was good, the food was just average. Very expensive very basic roast chicken and the same for porterhouse steak which was over cooked. Not sure where this place is positioned. Told it was pub style food? Whilst decor suggests up market restaurant the food is confused! Mince and potatoes at 15 £? Btw look out for the...

Great food, good service, menu interesting, drinks a little pricey, décor great. Based in two 17th century town houses, this place is smart with a load of character, the staff are efficient and friendly and the food is excellent if pricey. Would go again.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
