From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful with superb service and fabulous food. Our waiter, Gio, was delightful and attentive and continued to provide an excellent standard of customer service throughout our visit. Definitely recommend.

Myself and 2 family members booked afternoon tea for 20/02/17 - the whole experience was excellent. From the moment we were met by a charming and highly professional member of staff, Gio, who made us feel very welcome and showed us to our table in the Martini room which was very quiet and quaint. The food (different types of sandwiches...

We used The Arch for the first birthday of our organisation; we had dinner on Thursday, and used a Boardroom on Friday followed by afternoon tea. Everything was just as we could have wanted and the staff on hand could not have done more for us. Very happy, indeed; we'll be back!

The Arch is most definitely my new home from home in London. I have stayed a number of times over the past few years and the service and staff interaction are always impeccable. I hosted a dinner here recently and all of my guests were bowled over by the service, standard of the food and the suggested wine pairings. The...

My boyfriend and me have promised to return every Feb.14 weekend to the Arch. Everything was brilliant and is now our go-to place for an opulent stay. We're still talking about the breakfast 😘. It was delicious.

Warm welcome as soon as we stepped out the cab, friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast brought to the room. Service was great, especially Victor who found me a nice vase for my girlfriend's flowers. Helped make a special Valentine's Day.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Personal is very helpful. On the ground floor, there is restaurant which can satisfy even the most fastidious taste. Highly recommended

This small boutique hotel is my home away from home in London, situated on a beautiful, quiet street steps away from Marble Arch and the bustle of Oxford Street. Only once did I stay elsewhere and I was so homesick for the Arch that I walked over to buy a bathrobe. Courteous, attentive (but never obsequious) staff, lovely rooms--each one...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
