Made a member booked direct with Radisson did not get what we thought we had paid for just short of £550 two nights should of booked a Premier we know better for next time. Have stayed on a number of occasions at various same group London hotels. Not happy. Great location for Southbank River uber etc but very disappointed with the service on a special treat.

What a hotel ! We stayed here last year for my birthday and loved it. We had a slight hiccup and we were advised if we stayed again we could have an upgrade. We decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here and I contacted Caroline in guest services. We had an amazing room overlooking Big Ben and Westminster Bridge and some bubbly which totally made our stay. So thank you very much for sorting this out Caroline. The location of this hotel is just perfect. ALL of the staff are incredibly attentive and so helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and very nice. Not sure if the hotel was full or not but we never had to wait for lifts or anything. We will certainly be staying here again but unfortunately may not get the superb view again !!!

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent room service and excellent value. This is a first class hotel located in Westminster and beside St Thomas' Hospital. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is very unclean dusty and dark, it does not give you a nice feeling atall! The carpets smelt and looked disgusting, the bed was small wen it stayed kingsize! Considering the price it is not up to standard and I would of rather stayed at a premier inn

Had a great stay at Park Plaza, room 1269 had great views of Westminster Palace and big Ben. Room was really great, clean and had everything to make our stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to the guys outside who handle the luggage etc on arrival, after a long journey to get here they were really helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
