I booked a single room for a mid-week business trip and I did get a deal on a web site. The room was recently decorated. It was very small room but adequate for what I needed. A double bed, shower room and toilet. A buffet breakfast was available - there was a range of options. Good value for London.

Postive aspects are the location (close to St. Pancras and Euston stations and walking distance to Oxford St), the cleanliness, the reception staff, kind and helpful, and wifi is ok. Negatives aspects are that rooms are small, there is no lift, noisey room , rather tired old decor. Not too bad.

I stayed here with my teenage children for 3 nights. The room was a perfect base for exploring London as it was close to both Euston and Russell Square Tube. Our room was 2 singles and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our group. The room was lovely and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower room...

The room is tiny, u keep falling out of bed and we had to wait at reception for our breakfast. Last but not least, stay at home unless u are an Olympic athlete as nobody will help u carry ur suitcase up three very steep flights if stairs#no lift. The only reason y I rate this one star is because...

The location of this hotel is what makes it a great option when visiting London, near the main line train stations and central. The rooms are small and basic but if you are in London to go out rather than sit in your room this is not a problem. The good rates, great location and nearby eateries and bars more...

We stayed for 2 nights in a very small room (205). One side of the double bed was against the wall, and that side of the bed was also obstructed at the end, by a small wardrobe. Therefore, awkward to get in or out of bed for that person, which luckily for me , was not me but my wife!...

Stayed for two nights on a short break to London. We were a party of three so we booked in a quadruple room on the ground floor. One of our party has slight mobility difficulties. I explained this when booking and the staff member on reception was most helpful and ensured we had the ground floor room. We found the...

Very good location, in green crescent, close to local and national public transport locations, pubs, cafes/restaurants of many ethnic cultures, and shops. All staff were courteous, happy and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and efficiently served. Room, and hotel, was very clean, and fittings/toiletries/tea/coffee were good standard. Good facilities to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Only drawbacks were...
