We just stayed for a one night get away (a grown up treat without young son!) and were really impressed with this hotel. Really nicely decorated, small and intimate, great staff, comfy bed, fantastic location, quiet bedroom - what more could you want. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Would recommend.

Great medium size character hotel in a top West End location. Within easy walking distance of Oxford Street, the theatre district and Holborn tube station. Despite the close proximity to the action, nice and quiet. Friendly staff, great breakfast and even free Christmas mince pies! Excellent value, even allowing for our free upgrade.

Great location, friendly staff & very clean rooms. Great price too. Breakfast is good and lots of choice. Would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, location and price. Staff are lovely and want to make sure you have a great stay, even if it's one night. Lovely place to stay, will stay again. Thanks

Hotel staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. I booked a single bed room, it was very clean and neat upon arrival. A courtesy call a few minutes later after checking into my room was made to ensure that everything was in order. I found the room spacious and big enough for me to spread my belongings around. I...

My husband and I have just returned from a weekend away in London. The hotel is very good, the staff are lovely very friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, even sorting out how to connect to their WiFi on our mobile phones which is not difficult but it seemed to defeat us for some reason!!...

Only a one night stay, on business, but so refreshing to find a hotel in London that doesn't cost the Earth, has rooms actually bigger than the interior of a phone box and where the sound of 24/7 London traffic doesn't drive you mad!

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend in London (3 nights). The location is actually quite good - within walking distance (10-20 min) to covent garde, soho and oxford street, and just a few blocks from the British museum - and a lot cheaper than hotels in covent garden. Great for shopping and nightlife. The hotel lobby is nice, the...

Spent 2 night here in room 25 which is supposed to be on a mezzanine. First time ever I went downstairs to a mezzanine floor. Small room but not to bad for a London hotel. However the bed was extremely hard and there was a constant electrical buzzing which I located to a hatch in the corridor, Breakfast is good...

An ideal location to meet up with old friends. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent and the service both quick and helpful. Very convenient for West End entertainment as well.
