I was completely pampered at this hotel. The staff and amenities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. The meals were outstanding and high tea was fabulous. It was our first time experiencing high tea and the staff did a wonderful job. It is a great memory for me and my daughters.

The hotel is located pretty central, 5 min from oxford station. Short walk to soho, the British Museum, etc. Staff at the hotel are great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice and spacious. The bathroom did feel a bit worn and out-dated however.

We stayed at the Langham for 2 nights on August bank holiday weekend. The rate for our room for 2 nights was £891 however disappointingly our room did not meet the high standard that we expected. The bed was really comfortable and the linen fresh, however the rest of the room was really worn - skirting boards were battered, scratches...

Dear 88kharris Thank you so very much for taking your time to complete a review following your recent stay over the August Bank Holiday at The Langham, London. We stayed at The Langham last Sunday night. On arrival, we were upgraded to an executive room, which was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the pool downstairs before going into the Artesian bar. Our offer included a cocktail each from the extensive menu and a sharing platter. Both the drinks and food were excellent and it is easy...

Our family of 4 spent a week at The Langham as part of our summer holiday in Europe. Going back to London after so many years and enjoying a traditionally English furnished double bedroom suite was exactly what we needed! Even better was the newly refurbished, bright, elegant and pleasantly private Club Lounge, where we had our daily dose of...

One of the nicest, most elegant places I've ever stayed - the club level rooms are awesome - the club room breakfast and after drinks and buffet are fantastic - and service is wonderful. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. I even left my Michael Kors watch in my robe pocket and they shipped it back to the states...

Even though it's been renovated so recently and guests enjoy all mod-cons, The Langham still exudes the charms of a Grand Hotel. Its greatest assets are its friendly, efficient and very attentive staff, who make the experience a remarkable one both within the lush bedrooms and in the three public spaces available: continental breakfast and high tea in The Palm...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
