This is a very luxurious, old hotel offering a level of friendly service we have never experienced anywhere before. We arrived at the hotel about 9am following a flight from San Francisco and our room would not be available for several hours. Reception could see how exhausted we were and escorted us to the club lounge, which was not included...

Our stay at the Langham was a pleasure, with an exceptional bar, an elegant and comfortable room and welcoming staff. Artesian, the hotel bar, is very special with the quirkiest cocktails I have ever come across. They are so imaginative and are a multi-sensory experience, making a drink at the Langham a truly memorable experience. The staff were very warm...

We had a lovely stay at the Langham in London. My only criticism of this hotel is that when we arrived (at 4 pm) our room was not ready and we were unable to get a late check out to make up for this inconvenience. Other than that the hotel was great. Extremely comfortable beds! I would highly recommend this...

I stayed here with my partner a couple weeks ago for 5 nights. The hotel is very good, the rooms are very clean and tidy. I did enjoy my stay, only thing I can say is that I did not really feel at home, but hey it is a hotel! Will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in a Grand Suite on level 5 - absolutely wonderful, and everything you would expect from somewhere such as The Langham. Friends stayed on level 2 in a much smaller room - big enough for 2 but no more. Their level of attention to detail was fantastic. The front desk were very helpful - hairspray on request! Breakfast...

Very comfy quiet suite. Right across the road from the BBC. Check in and out easy peasy. Super comfy beds. Lovely bathroom. All mod cons. Right in the heart of London. Really look forward to returning. First class all round.

The Langham London never fails to deliver. I won't repeat previous review content, but will share that there were a couple of little incidents this trip - but the duty manager redeemed the situation really well. He personally attended to the issue and resolved it as quickly as he was able. That evening, wine, chocolates and a note of apology...

After paying a lot for this hotel (especially considering our dollar is worth less than half) I had high expectations, all of which were met! The staff was fantastic, every single one from the front desk to the wait staff! The room was beautiful ( a little cramped for us and two children but not enough to worry about) and...

We stayed at the Langham for 5 superb nights. Upgraded to the Regent Wing, the rooms were beautiful, well appointed and very quiet. Quiet, that is, until an angry baby moved into an adjacent room. We casually mentioned this to the host at breakfast. He discreetly figured out which room it was, advised that the family would be there for...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
