The surrounding of the hotel was nice and easy walk to subway. Hotel was clean and personnel very helpful. I felt like visiting a family member. Breakfast was a normal British style but they were flexible for serving it although we missed the opening hours.

The staff were all very accommodating and very friendly. They were all very helpful making sure we knew how to get around for our first time in London. Rooms were small as advertised but we didn't come to London to spend time in a hotel. Breakfast was great. If you're looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay this...

I spent a week at the Ridgemount and couldn't have been happier. The location is great, the room was very clean, and the staff are amazingly helpful. A hearty breakfast is served each morning by extremely pleasant servers. I can't wait to visit again.

I recently stayed here for at least the fifth time. I have stayed in both single and twin rooms, both with and without private bath, and all are very comfortable and a great value. For my recent 10-day stay I had a single en suite. Although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate. It was located at the rear...

We stayed for four nights recently in a quiet room. Our stay was very good - room slightly dated but clean and well serviced and a good cooked breakfast. The proprietors and staff were friendly and helpful. Well located. Would stay again

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean and you get clean towels every day. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is close to bus and metro stations and the neighborhood is full of very good restaurants. The hotel is old and very charming.

Myself and two youngest were attending a lecture and hitting the museums. Rather than rush everything in a single day we decided to stay over and take a more leisured approach. The hotel is perfectly located near some of the more interesting museums and about 5 minutes from Euston Station. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who gave...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
