Always a clean and tidy hotel. Excellent staff willing to help. The front of hotel ( outside) guys are brilliant. Especially if you have a car. Room perfect. It's a lovely place. Cannot see why anyone would fault it. The buffet breakfast layout was missing although you could still order everything and anything

Following a week of travel across Europe, I wrapped w a stay at The Berkeley. The level of service, warmth and attention to a guest is extraordinary. Hotel Staff go to great lengths to make one feel at home. I have always admired their attention to detail, and during this trip I was given the opportunity to stay on one...

The ultimate stylish and smoochy night away! We had a junior suite which had lovely separate sitting area. Modern decor and extremely comfortable. One small niggle was that water temp in bathroom was linked to central heating; in order to run a hot shower we also had to have a rather hot room!

So pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us in one of our Junior Suites and found it extremely comfortable. Sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the water temperature in your room - both the hot water and the heating controls are on two separate systems so one should not affect the other but thank you for...

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The service, the dining, the room.....exquisite. Morning breakfast was never below perfect. The people were lovely without being overly solicitous. Our room was clean and beautiful. The renovation......well, they spared no expense. excellent location.....right across from Hyde Park. Tube is a few blocks away. Just great. We will be back soon!

We've stayed at the Berkeley for many years but will now move to another Hotel after repeated complaints about being placed in a room where construction noise prevents any peace. Thinking their renovations were complete and we would now be free from annoying banging and drilling we booked our usual Knightsbridge suite. When we arrived we were told they had...

Took my wife for her 30th birthday and it did not disappoint. Exceptional treatments, great spa and an incredible rooftop pool to relax, with views over Hyde Park. There is a retracting roof, so regardless of the weather you can still get access to the pool. Excellent food and service too!

We booked for a Birthday Afternoon Tea celebration and it was all perfectly prepared. The Pret a Portea is Afternoon Tea with a twist (especially for someone who is into fashion), so don't expect the traditional afternoon tea, but that's what makes it even better. The staff is attentive, pastries and food is of a great quality and you are...

Excellent location within a short 5 minute walk from Harrods. Also within a very short walk to the Knightsbridge Station. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and in excellent condition. The hotel service and staff continuously went above and beyond. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and highly recommended.

I have to confess the Berkeley was not our first choice for breakfast - we had tried to book Claridges but could not get in but were offered their sister hotel 'The Berkeley' as an alternative. We were appreciative of this option and duly booked for four people, on arrival at 'Kauffman's' for breakfast our coats were put in the...

I stayed here in july but have often come for drinks at their Blue Bar at previous vacations in London. This is a wonderful hotel but an impeccable, personal service. However I have to say it was much much nicer before the renovation. Now the design from outside looks a bit like a trainstation. The rooms are wonderfully luxurious and...

Thank you so much for your kind words on the level of service, as well as our location close to Harrods & the shops of Knightsbridge; delighted that you also enjoyed having drinks in the Blue Bar. Sorry to hear though that our new entrance is not to your liking. Kindest regards Knut Wylde, General Manager
