This is an excellent hotel from several points of view. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The decor of the hotel is contemporary and arty. The hotel is spotless, well positioned and modern with a great restaurant and breakfast area. What lets it down is the room size of a standard room. People would say it's probably 'standard' for...

The hotel was fine, a pleasant location near the British Museum, but l would never use the Getaroom booking service again. Their service was unhelpful, unprofessional and they did not even respond to one of my messages.

High expectations of this hotel and I was left disappointed. The standard double only has a queen sized bed and that is no good to a man over 6 foot. At around £200.00 a night this had little more than a travel lodge and was definitely smaller. Staff lovely and all round appearance very nice just not enough room for...

Very nice hotel in London. Great spot when you're in town for business. We had a group here with meetings & dinners close to the hotel so it was nice to be able to walk to/from the various events. Hotel staff were very helpful & courteous - they will go out of their way to help you. The bellman walked...

Surprisingly good hotel despite the fact it has an unassuming front. Very spacious room and bathroom. Decor is a little cheesy and dated but it was clean and comfortable. Convenient location as it is in the heart of Bloomsbury, next to Convent Garden, Holborn and the West End.

Centrally located , within walking distance of many Attractions, London Eye less than 30 mins walk, close to Theatres etc. As you would expect from location, not cheap , cost us £245 for B&B. We booked a deluxe King Room, not very spacious. We in fact refused first room as we had a view of Aircon units and plumbing and...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
