Basic comfortable stay. The hotel on arriving looks very impressive from outside and stands out amongst the others around. The staff on arrival were polite although they could be seen to be under pressure. The interior initially is traditional and clean although tired and in need of some care. The main floor housing the reception consists of TV lounge area...

Working away and needed a cheap place to crash, thought i was on to a winner with this place. It was like a wild west saloon only with more security staff. They had 5 bouncers to control all the workmen staying. The room wasn't to bad really apart from the bank of air conditioning units outside my window going on...

The property is undergoing a large scale renovation. We had one of the newly refurbished rooms and it proved good value for money. The reception and bar areas are yet to be renovated and look dated. Overall good hotel for the price we paid for it.

Stayed here overnight in a family room. Needed it as a base to travel into London to for 2 days. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Parking overnight for £5.Pleasant and helpful staff although gave different versions of how long we could park there for. The only downsides were that there weren't enough towels for 3 of us and only...

Clean, comfortable, no frills hotel. A little tired in decor. We had a family room and slept well. Off road parking available. Efficient staff and good value for money. I would stay again, if I'm in the Crystal Palace area.

Positives: Great location and the room was clean but VERY basic (this was the deluxe!). The reception team were friendly and helpful, they must have so much patience! Negatives: Arrived midweek with my daughter aged 13 at 20.30 to be met by wolf whistles - for her! Didn't want to be leched at, chatted up by pissed blokes (go if...
