Amazing place to stay when visiting London with the added bonus of a fantastic pub and restaurant. The staff are excellent and always attentive and the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The rooms are upstairs from the pub and you absolutely can not hear any noise from the pub, even at 8pm on a Saturday night. You can however hear the kitchen from 5;30 am until 10;30-11;00pm if you are in room 1 which is a shame, as room 1 is fantastic. Just the early morning and late night banging from downstairs that can be heard. As a light sleeper it affected me, but maybe not others. Even still, an outstanding hotel and pub well worth staying at. Highly recommended.

Normally stay in Marylebone or Soho but thought we’d have a change. So glad we did! Lovely room with fab amenities. Spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Very Friendly staff. Good location and overall great value for money. Will definitely return!!

Stayed recently for 3 nights … beautiful rooms.. spotless clean, extremely quiet.. everything you need for a short stay in London and only a short walk from 2 underground stations where you can be in city centre in no time… lovely atmosphere in bar.

Fab rooms and location.. Stayed for 1 night late Feb 23, while visiting the capital for a Cirque du soleil performance at The Royal Albert Hall. Very well located and a mere 5 min walk to high street where other bars and shops are located. Nearest tube is Bayswater about 7 mins walk but Notting Hill Gate is only a short 15 walk if Bayswater is closed Room booked 2 weeks before stay with 10% discount £184. The Haydon has a bar which is very cool and atmospheric. You can access the rooms from inside the bar and via a seperate entrance with steps down from the street Rooms are very clean and well decorated. A few design issues with closeness of sink to shower in ensure makes it tricky to move about but is also clean and lovely decorated. The details are well thought about and included a mini fridge with water and small bar of chocolate, great selection of tea, a coffee maker. Robes and slippers, hairdryer and USB Slots in plug sockets by the bedside If you can't do stairs this won't be for you we had 3 flights I think for the room at the top and they seem to go on forever (didn't see that info when booking but may have missed it) Overall a solid 4 star and a place I would defo stay again We stayed for Sunday lunch the next day which is served in the bar - this sadly was disappointing. Food quality didn't match the price and I wouldn't recommend 3 star only for food The biggest win for this place are the staff. Great service.. Friendly and go the extra mile!

room we stopped in was lovely, contemporary, clean and tasteful. Location is good, not sure on how easy it would be to park in the vicinity .most of the parking places seemed to be resident permit holders only. All the staff we met were friendly.

Great pub and hotel , super clean and a great location! . So many restaurants and shops nearby and the tube was only a cupole blocks away . The host gave us a complimentary drink when we arrived and carried our bags to our room . The only thing you should be aware of is there is no lift and lots of stairs to climb to your room so don’t over pack!

Best night’s sleep of our week of travel. Our room was fresh, and beautifully appointed. We were warmly welcomed and cared for. Our lunch and beer in the pub were tasty. An all-around great experience and when it was time to head out, it was an easy walk to the train station. Highly recommend!

Had a great one night stay! We knew in advance there wasn’t a lift, but booked a room on the first floor and it was a short flight of stairs up from the pub. Staff were super friendly and helped us with bags. Location is great to wander Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill. Great decor and thoughtful amenities.

Fantastic place to stay and eat at . The room was really nice , small but big enough and had everything you could ask for . Clean and fresh . The pub food was so tasty and very good value for money . Best of all was the people working there . They now how to treat there costumers. Professional and very friendly and you can se/feel that this is an extremely well driven place . I actually want to keep this experience for myself as a hidden secret but I can’t so just book your stay and dinner here .
