I've never written a bad review before, but was moved to with this place. What really upset me was that I was cold in the night. The next day I asked for an extra blanket or quilt but the management refused to find me one. How's that for service. Had that not happened I could have overlooked the tatty, smelly,...

I was a bit worried when I read the other reviews so I was expecting the worst. I booked through Hotels.com and specified four single beds as I was travelling with 3 children. When I arrived, we had been given a room with a double and two single beds. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he...

Had a better experience than I expected after reading other reviews. Room was cleaner than expected, but a bit run down. Top pillows (decorative) did not appear too clean. Found someone else's underwear down the side of our bed, chewing gum on the windowsill, bathroom you couldn't swing a cat in, but was relatively clean. All part of the fun!!...

It's an odd place. When I left, I felt I had paid a lot for a little - and a dirty little at that. The drawers in the room had not been cleared - scraps, cigarette papers. The toilet brush was caked in toilet paper. I ran the shower for several minutes without a hint of warm water A bedside...

I arrived quite late, staying for a business meeting. Reception was confusing and in another building. My immediate impression was it is a dump! The room itself was no better, the kettle had a science experiment going on with various shades of culture in it! It was so late and I was so tired I couldn't arrange another hotel, otherwise...

The pot of Dominos garlic sauce stayed on the stairs for the duration of my stay. I would have picked it up but was curious to see how long it would be there. If you stay at the hotel, look out for it. Four stairs up. My room door was never actually closed properly by the cleaner so my room...

Upon closer inspection of my bed, I found that the comforter was covered in deposits of a dried white flaky substance from previous guests. The floor did not fare much better. Soured my entire stay in London.

I have never stayed in a more revolting hotel. the damp smell, the dirty room and the excuse for a toilet are an absolute disgrace. Sheets were clean but the duvet was marked. The blanket in the.wardrobe was definitely not fit for a dog. My wife gagged at the hairs in the sink. My wife and I never showered or...

The location is the only plus point. The room was cramped and dirty and not cleaned during my stay. Avoid like the plague. The breakfast very limited. Tea making facilities in room but cup dirty, kettle was covered in dust. Spare blanket only suitable for a dog

Nothing nice to say, read other reviews, pretty much sums up what I have to say. Experienced a few budget hotels, this is the worst.
