This hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights. The room was reasonably clean but it could do with some attention in parts. The bedroom was really small but ok for one person. The bathroom was really really small, almost too small to turn around in. That said, the bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep as...

The two things that stand out about this hotel are: its way way way to expensive for what you actually get and the room is almost the smallest I have ever seen (def the smallest with a double bed though). Once you took into account the bed, the wardrobe, the tv cabinet i don't think there was a 1 square...

I regularly stay in London on business and this hotel is one of the worst I've stayed in. The room was small and pokey, the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet didn't flush properly. For somebody who didn't know London well and wasn't too concerned about getting a lot of sleep the location would be great, it's right next to...

Rooms are incredibly small, with a very small "double" bed, not very clean (carpet was stained and bathroom pretty grotty) and really with no room to swing the proverbial cat. Welcome from the day manager was cold. We had 3 different rooms are all were the same. Full marks to the room designer who managed to squeeze the normal room...

We arrived in London via the Eurostar before check-in time. Left our luggage at hotel, no problem, and went off sightseeing. Hotel very conveniently located. Room was very clean, bed a bit firm. Free wifi in rooms, superb continental breakfast. Left luggage at hotel after check-out in order to get some more sightseeing in before our train departed. This hotel...

This was our first stay on our honeymoon and booked based on Tripadvisor reviews. We arrived 6am in the morning so we were able to leave our luggage in the storage compartment while we explored London. The room was excellent; exceptionally clean which was most important to me. We were on the second floor (stairs, no lift). We were worried...

To best describe the room I had, I would say it was build for a person who is about 3 years old. How one person is supposed to move in and about in it is beyond me. Clean/tidy yes but dreadful for an adult. To squeeze pass the bed is an effort. The bathroom is so compact, tight fitting shower....

We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at the hotel. We’re surprised you feel the rooms are only suitable for very young children. We have many thousands of guests staying with us each year and the very vast majority of them are happy with the hotel. We will try to reconfigure the furniture to try to improve the space usage...

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend get away with my 3 friends for new years eve. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed, yes the rooms are quite small and basic but they are all you need for a short stay and are kept very clean. The area it is located...

Thank you very much for your very kind comments and support. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay and found our hotel really convenient. I booked this hotel for a colleague as it was close to St Pancras and they were travelling by Eurostar the next morning. I'd seen the reasonable reviews and the bad reviews about the hotel but thought it was worth a try as it's location was good for St Pancras. My colleague was due to stay for 2 nights but...

We’re sorry your colleague did not enjoy staying at the hotel. Our rooms are usually cleaned to a very high standard and they all have power sockets for use by guests. The hotel is a mid-market hotel rather than a luxury boutique, but we feel we offer a decent and clean standard of accommodation and have found most of our...
