I booked this hotel mainly for the location. It appeared to be very convenient to tube stations, shops etc., and I was not disappointed. The tubes were close enough even for a "non-walker" like me. The choice of restaurants and pubs was extensive.
As many others have described, the hotel is very close to 2 tube stations. Bayswater stop is closest which gives you access to the Circle and District lines. Queensway tube is a bit farther and that gets you access to the Central line.

Great location close to Bayswater tube. Booked on the morning of my stay with LateRooms and got a room for 4 people for well under £100. Ideal for our family - breakfast was better than expected as well!!
