You would think that with the billions poured into research and with the assistance of Kofi Annan, Ban ki mooon and Nadal that hotels could after 40 years supply a clean room with a decent shower... But no! I am very disappointed with the value for money of this hotel and I will be raising a complaint with hotels.com through...

Its a budget hotel with no frills at all, cleaning of room every three days, no extra toilet paper rolls or toiletries even if you ask for them. No elevator so its no good for the elderly or disabled as the stairs are very high and steep. No fridge in room and you need to pay 2 pounds to make...

The room was very small. The toilet and shower areas are also smalll. Not a room you want to linger in during a stay in London, but acceptable for the price. No TV as described in the room description which is a minus. You can borrow an andorid smart phone for your stay which is a nice touch! Would have...

For the price we paid, the hotel was very good. The free wifi, free morning breakfast and the new handy device they are starting at the hotel is very smart and helpful for their customers. The room we had was great - the view not so much but again for the price we paid for it was expected and not...

Literally disgusting. Double ensuite room barely big enough to swing a kitten let alone a cat. The ensuite was a joke, a pokey cupboard with a sink, toilet and shower crammed in. The "double bed" was two singles pushed together and the sheets and covers were horrendous. In fact Horrendous is how I would describe the whole place. Fawlty towers...

- The hotel is dirty. The bathroom is a fungus, sunken beds, everything looks completely different than the pictures. The worst breakfast I have ever eaten. Sandwiches with disgusting salad, about 20 slices of cheese and ham (horrible) for 40 people, added to 10 minutes, so we all stood in line and waited for the food. No vegetables, fruits, supplements,...

The room is horrendous! Cheap sheets, wallpaper coming off, chips all over the wood and skirting boards, the hot water takes 5 minutes to get warm up and you can barely move in the shower it is that small, there is no double glazing re windows, the mattress is lumpy and the wifi and TV signal goes every so often....

Completely remodeled in 2011? You must be kidding! Worn out curtains, bed, kitchen, floor, burned out lights and mildewed shower. Cheap tile job throughout and mind the lift gap! Breakfast in the hotel basement is down the street past the vagrants and hostel hanger outs. Other than close to the Tube station, there is nothing else to recommend the place....

We are staying here since yesterday but the shower doesn't come out. And we told the reception about it. And the maintenance man came to our room but really rude and finally he just told me that was broken. And tell the reception again but they just told us they were gonna check again. Of course that was broken. But...
