Where do we start ... one star is too many !! I'm normally quite relaxed about reviews about hotels , I often take these reviews with an open mind . But I feel really strongly about this place and the stay we had . I would strongly suggest you never book to stay here as it's vile from start to...

The room was run down with an older feel but was decorated so. The room was very large with a kitchen area, separated shower and bath area and toilet and a bedroom that separated. Breakfast was included which was nice. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. Only thing is we asked for housekeeping not to come in our room...

Old, tired, smelly, worn, over priced, shabby, grim, awful facilities, showers that don't work, toilet seats that don't fit, breakfast I wouldn't feed to my dog which included the cheapest bread ever. The staff were OK a little reluctant to be there! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Only selling point was the location!

Stayed for three nights and paid £320. Rooms are small and tight but clean. Bathroom was small, tap leaked throughout my stay. Breakfast which comes free is very basic. There was no air conditioning. Good part is the location..less than five minutes from earls court station. That's the good part. But I feel you could get better places at the...

Stayed here for 2 nights when visiting for a show in Hyde Park. Ideal location but hotel quite dated. No lift so being on 5th floor was quite a trek. Room was clean with comfy beds but dated decor. Breakfast was a joke - bread and yoghurt. That's it. Great location but probably better hotels in the area.

Budget priced, but no service and scary rooms. Stand at the foot of the bed and watch TV as they put it on the wrong wall to view it from the bed! Light bulbs missing or burnt out, yikes...don't stay here, poor choice on our part!

I booked this hotel for 2 nights at a cost of £300, non-refundable; it was so bad I checked out after 10 minutes. The room was dingy contained 3 beds and the mini-fridge had no shelves, just a load of UHT milk pots scattered around. There was no air conditioning and the street was very noisy. I strongle recommend that...

I was shocked and disappointed. Breakfast was...gross and a waste of time! Hard, unpeeled eggs in baskets. Sliced cheese which was sweaty. Bolicks!! Why no croissants or full English?!? And breakfast was in the basement. Bed was squeaky, hard and what happened to duvets?!? Only 1 spare pillow for a double room. Staff were unenthusiastic, unhelpful and rude! Never staying...

So, before I came to see the place myself, I was a little worried to see some really awful ratings on this hotel. Now that I have checked out from the place, I feel like some of the information are misleading & fairly exaggerating (or maybe I was just not unfortunate like the raters) anyway, the hotel was adequate for...
