We had a family room on the 2nd floor. It was refurbished and clean and warm, although a bit smaller than you would expect. The staff was friendly. Comfy beds. Breakfast was fairly good with toast, cheese, eggs and cereals. A few minor drawbacks: - The floors are a bit creaky so you can hear walking in the hallway and...

Stayed at this place in September 2016. Good location as it’s in Bayswater and near Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Breakfast is sub-standard and there is a charge of five pounds for the Wi-Fi password. If you have no choice, only then stay at this place.

I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends and we had a quadruple room, it wasn't too spatious but the memories i have of four women sharing a bathroom and trying to juggle their way amongst four suitcase are still hilarious. The position is really good for visiting the city and all in all i've enjoyed my stay...

Make no mistake this is a budget hotel that is tired and needs money spending on it but what should I have expected for £90 including VAT and breakfast? It's location is excellent with a tube station nearby as are plenty of restaurants and shops. My room on the ground floor was clean, dry and warm and there was plenty...

This was a last minute booking that failed to meet the low expectations we had for a hotel at short notice and a low price. This was meant to be somewhere we could just lay our heads and grab a shower between our days out in London. Unfortunately there was no hot water in our room for the whole stay...

To be honest, we just slept and took showers in this hotel. It was the only purpose of our stay. We spent two nights, left really early and came back late. We booked last minute, so we were in the basement room and definitely payed too much, but well, London is expensive. The bathroom was tiny, but bed was comfortable....

Given a twin room in the basement, no windows and the room itself was very small stuffy & felt cramped. Housekeeping of the rooms - please remember to use a hoover! When we arrived, there were hairs all over the floor & the kettle was filthy! We stayed clear of the tea bags etc! We couldn't change rooms as we...

Rooms are very small, stuffy and without air conditioner. No free wi-fi. Even after paying money, the connectivity was very poor. Average breakfast (if you can call it a breakfast). Very rude staff (atleast some of them are). Even for a printout they charge you extra.

For London, this was a very good price - £206.10 for 2 people in a twin-bedded room for 4 nights. `So the fact that there were drawbacks was to be expected - the room was cramped, and the bathroom tiny. But it was clean and serviced each day - and we were out most of the time, so the size...

Stayed in the triple. Room and ensuite toilet is clean and tidy albeit a little on the small side. Bed is comfortable though pillows are slightly too soft and low. Appreciate the lift so that we don't have to drag our luggages upstairs. Also near the tube station (abt 5-10min walk) and some great eats yet not near enough for...
