For London, this was a very good price - £206.10 for 2 people in a twin-bedded room for 4 nights. `So the fact that there were drawbacks was to be expected - the room was cramped, and the bathroom tiny. But it was clean and serviced each day - and we were out most of the time, so the size...

Stayed in the triple. Room and ensuite toilet is clean and tidy albeit a little on the small side. Bed is comfortable though pillows are slightly too soft and low. Appreciate the lift so that we don't have to drag our luggages upstairs. Also near the tube station (abt 5-10min walk) and some great eats yet not near enough for...

I was disgusted with the state of your rooms during my stay. When we arrived we were initially given a twin room, (room 19), in the basement no bigger than a small office with no curtains on the windows/skylight. We immediately went to reception to ask if there was a room available that actually had curtains due to the fact...

We stayed here for a concert at Hyde Park. I had a single and my mother a double (both on second floor). They were both newly decorated and were clean and had all we needed for two nights. My single room was perfect temperature and you could leave the window open all night on safety and no crazy noise disturbance....

Stayed at this hotel when at a concert in Hyde Park, perfect location and very very cheap. Had a twin room in the basement, quite a small room but cant complain for the price, en suite was very clean and modern. Room had a small tv and room safe. Gentleman in reception was very helpful. Would stay here again.

I saw some bad reviews, but frankly was quite desperate to stay somewhere in this exact location so I settled for the good reviews to come through. Well the bad reviews were very accurate. The staff could barely speak english, they were rude and not helpful at all. The room was very small and cramped and the bathroom was dirty...

Stayed in this hotel for one night on a bank holiday weekend with a friend. Once we checked in and got to our room (3rd floor) we were hit by an awful stench and it didn't take long for us to realise the smell was actually coming from the carpet which was old and dirty. Despite this the morning after...

Small hotel conveniently located near Hyde Park. We were greeted on our arrival by a very friendly gentleman,he swiftly registered us in and directed us to our room. The room was above expectation for the price, clean and well presented. Plenty of towels, tea and coffee making facility. The shower was good ,if a little slow to drain. Bed was clean...

Staff could barely speak English, it took us 10 mins to find our room as the hotel was like a maze. We stayed for 2 nights and it was 2 of the worst nights sleep I've had as the hotel is extremely noisy and smells really bad. The room was roasting as there was no A/C, so we had to...

Stay somewhere else, staff are rude and unhelpful. Room we booked wasn't available and the option we were given was "if you don't like it go somewhere else". Just the answer you need at 11 pm in London
