Ideally located hotel in the middle of almost everything, but it all stops there. Ridiculously small and inadequate rooms, lacking in fittings and quality amenities. Poorly isolated and noisy, alarms going of without being identified. Air conditioning incapable of dealing with heat and ventilation in subterranean meeting rooms. Ok breakfast an service staff. Not recommend .

Stayed here on a Friday night and enjoyed the experience. The room was on the small side and even with the air conditioning it was still quite stuffy but if you overlooked this and didn't mind the view (of the hotel generators!) then it was a pleasant stay. Top marks for the breakfast.

I last stayed here four years ago and I have to say the location is still great, close to Gloucester Rd tube station, great museums, shops and cafes. The rooms are looking a little tired and needing maintenance (stained carpet, faulty cupboard hinge, television interface software is very dated - 4 screens to click through before reaching free-to-air). The staff...

The hotel is literally a 1/2 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station. We stayed in the double bed standard room. We checked in at 2pm (an hour earlier than it states on the confirmation) I've seen a lot of reviews on here complimenting Bimal (I think that's right sorry if it's not!) and we could not fault him, he...

Well located (2 minutes away from Gloucester Road station) and providing all services needed when travelling business. The rooms are not big but comfortable and decent for the price. Breakfast is very good as usual at Radisson hotels.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Easy to get to from tube and very close to the museums - 5 mins to Natural History, for example. We were upgraded as an early check-in wasn't possible. The upgraded room was very nice with lovely decor and furnishings. The bathroom was tiny - but had everything needed. The lifts would be my...

One can board the subway at Heathrow, and stay on the same train to Gloucester Road. On exiting from the subway, the hotel is a stone's-throw away, on level ground, so if you are towing a suitcase, you don't need to use a taxi. The building is old (hence Edwardian) but has been renovated to modern standards. Safe location with...

Room comfortable, this is an old hotel and we found the experience of getting out of our room fasciinating. One has to go through a series of doors to exit from your room to the reception. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
