stayed here 3 nights 2-4/6 June & it was terrible. The air conditioning did not work set on 15degrees & still hot in room. Reported to front desk but nothing was done. Toilet did not flush properly, nothing to put your suitcases on so they were on floor which is ok if you are young but not the best for...

Hotel is located 2 min walk from Gloucester underground station of Piccadilly line that makes movement around London excellent. Reception services are really good, my experience is excellent. Once you are in hotel feel like going through labyrinth, and it is understandable as it was not built as hotel. It would be good that management make air in the corridors...

We stayed at the Edwardian Vanderbilt 23rd/24th May and it was the perfect base for a weekend in London. We were allowed to check in early without any fuss and had a truly majestic suite on the 2nd floor. Two full size single beds were added to the suite for the kids and the room was still huge. The room,...

Plus points first. Staff very helpful and efficient. Location, ideal for our concert. Breakfast excellent, good quality food. However, Accomodation not up to standard. Room and Bathroom very small. Making the stay very uncomfortable. If we were stopping more than 1 night we would have requested a change of room. Creaky floor throughout the room, noisy internal A/C. Beds not...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent stay with us. I am disappointed to read that the room itself did not live up to your expectations. Being a non-purpose built hotel does mean our room sizes vary and our guests may find some of our rooms more spacious than others. We also have...

Stayed for two nights and would stay again. Quirky corridors and rooms and wonderful experience walking down the stairs instead of catching the lift. Bar was great and not busy and food was wonderful. Staff were typical Radisson very experienced making it a pleasure to stay.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
