My partner had booked one night at this fabulous hotel as a surprise for my birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were so attentive, approachable and keen to make the stay amazing. They truly treated us as individuals and not just a booking. Afternoon tea was delicious with a brilliant selection of cakes and sandwiches. Our room was beautiful....

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. As if at home and so well located. Next to Knightsbridge so close to Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Would recommend to go there if tired of big palaces and crowded places. Would like it to be more staffed but its singularity is that you get used to the people that are here to help you spend...

The rooms are perfectly appointed, with every conceivable convenience-- tea and coffee service, robe, lounge chair at foot of bed to watch the TV. But the most significant is the commitment to service. The staff at the reception desk made restaurant and theater bookings, advised directions, etc. The breakfast room was a joy to come down to every morning. There...

This is a beautiful 28 bedroom townhouse hotel located in a quiet street just 4 minutes walk from Harrods. The nearest tube station is about a 5 or 6 minute walk. The hotel is absolutely wonderful! Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet so we had an excellent night's sleep. We indulged in the amazing afternoon...

This boutique 28 roomed hotel in a quiet street off the Brompton Road is superbly situated for shopping in Knightsbridge. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. If you want a relaxing, stress-free break in a quintessential English hotel, the Egerton should be in your shortlist every time.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
