The Egerton House is a lovely boutique hotel walking distance from Harrod's between Knightbridge and South Kensington stations. Dainty rooms elegantly appointed and attentive staff to help with everything. But the real attraction worth returning to as often as you can is what we have coined, the Infiniti Martini. Sahbi prepares it tableside while you watch with wonder. How does...

Stayed for 2 nights whilst on a long weekend in London. Great location for the V&A and Natural History Museum and other attractions including Harrods. Warm welcome by friendly staff. Room was well appointed with everything we needed. It was lovely and quiet even though it was close to all amenities and the Underground Station

My husband and I have been regular visitors to the lounge and bar at the Egerton House Hotel for the past decade and quite honestly it is simply the most consistently enjoyable experience possible. The astmosphere and staff are wonderfully welcoming and the elegant drawing room where the lounge and bar are situated is an elegant mix of English country...

We had a wonderful stay in London but what made it so unique was the quiet side road small boutique hotel close to the V&A called Egerton. The service was superb and they all were professional keen to your needs. We asked for quiet and they provided us their top floor unit in the back it was cosy, you would...

Upon entry Jennifer and Scott welcomed me with genuine care for how my day was ( non robotic compared to a lot of other hotels ) check in was quick and easy and everything was well explained and easy to understand. The room was gorgeous, ( I think...

My wife brought me here for the night for my birthday. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the service was superb. I can be fussy about hotels, noticing small things that I would comment upon, but I had no negative comments to make at all about this one. Teh service was very friendly and personal...

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
