Like other BW hotels we've used the hotel is a little "tired" but importantly it's clean and comfortable. Our room was a little on the small side with twin beds head to toe at opposite ends of the room. Not a problem for us but...More
Not having been to London before, I had limited expectation of location vs room comfort vs whatever else.
The room was smallish but offered what the two of us required, clean, tidy, serviced every day and free wifi. The location was great with easy access...More
Even though the rooms are really really tiny they were still comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, and a good sized bathroom. They also had small fans in reception for there isn't airconditioning in the room. The Elevator is also hilarious, so small,...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

We booked through a travel agent and when we got there we asked them to enter our Best Western membership details into their system.....and it appears that if I hadn't done that we would not have accrued stop over points....so my advice would be to definitely show them your membership card.
There's also an excellent old English pub a short walk down towards the Earls court underground train station that serves ok meals if you haven't got breakfast included at the Hotel
