Had a trade show at the 'Olympia' and found it a perfect distance for a nice short walk even in the London rain. The staff was great and dealt with (probably my own) screw up about not staying for two nights. Extremely tiny room - out of a Dickens novel - but well appointed. A great stopover.

I have stayed there for 4 nights in March. The room was very small which was expected in London but the room was of a poor quality as well. First night about 11pm we have heard a mouse in the ceiling Norring away and I am not frightened by mice usually but could not sleep all night. Next morning I...

First time in London for us (my 12 year old son and myself) so we were very nervous. The train station ( Kensington, Olympia) was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and we found it straight away. The receptionists were lovely and helpful in telling us how to get to the landmarks. The hotel had a lovely, clean...

I stayed here for just one night on a Sunday. Reception staff friendly & helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage there early in the morning as i had to attend an event at Olympia. The hotel immediately has a clean & modern feel to it. The room was small but clean and had a fresh smell to it....

We booked this hotel through lastminute.com at a fantastic price for three nights and it is quite close to central London which was perfect for us! The tube station is just down the road and there are plenty takeaways and shops nearby. We had booked a triple room over Valentines weekend and upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the...

If your visiting Olympia this place is ideal. If you need a bed for the night, this fits the bill. Yes the rooms and showers are small, but it's clean. Also the location is great for the exhibition centre. If you want big luxury rooms, pay the price and go somewhere else. It has TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee...

Stayed at Kensington West last weekend as part of a hotel/theatre break. Room was pretty small but had everything we needed. Just a couple of minutes walk to West Kensington tube station & a comfortable walk to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park.

If you are visiting London anyway somewhere cheap but clean for sleeping then this hotel is perfect. We found it a bit far out but the tube was only a short walk away. The walls were thin and could hear alot of noise. The lamp was rubbish and barely gave any light and also the bed was very noisy and...

The building isn't clearly signed. The bedroom was really tiny with a kitchenette behind a wardrobe type door - when opened you couldn't access the bathroom. The shower was a nightmare to work with no way to control the scorching hot water. The room was also really hot. We were kept awake by giggling & shouting females. It was very...
