This was my first visit to your hotel and I was impressed. The single rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The cleanliness was impeccable and could be an example to several more expensive establishments. Breakfast was ideal for my needs and as it was included in the room price represents good value. I have experienced non...

Having noted the review of others when informed by the company who was booking my accommodation for a recent business trip I e-mailed this hotel to note some specific requirements. I heard nothing back and so was very happy to have the availability of family in London to provide alternate accommodation for me. So whilst I did not actually stay...

Was booked into this establishment by a company while on a recent business trip to London. Had seen some of the previous reviews and was a little apprehensive. I'd have to say that while some comments are entirely accurate, the Victoria Inn is not trying to be something it isn't. Its website says it's a cheap, well situated, bed and...

Thank you for your frank feedback. We do not like to misslead our customers and we are glad that you confirm that. The front of the building faces the road which is not as busy compared with many in other city centre locations. Just as in many public buildings, we find that many people do not like air conditioning and...

Hotel has a good comfort level, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. price is more then reasonable for London. Breakfast is very very basic and not my thing. Hotel is close to Victoria station as such to the city center.

Stayed at the Victoria Inn as attending a confrence in the neighbourhood. Location was excellent, close to the tube and lots going on. Booked a single room but when I checked in ended up with a triple so plenty of room! Room was spotless, bathroom must have been recently done and was again spotless. Didnt have breakfast. I came to The Victoria Inn with mixed feelings, having read some of the other reviews, and warned my husband not to expect too much as we were only staying for one night for The Queen's 60th Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, arriving 4th and leaving 5th June. What a pleasant surprise, is all I can say. We had a lovely extra...

My cousin's first trip to Europe and through an error in our itinerary (our mistake), we arrived a day early. Fortunately, we were able to book with no problem. The room that was available was a double bed and was claustrophobic. The heating issue was constant. The next night we were supposed to have twins but they didn't move us...

I travel a lot but I've never seen a smaller hotel room than the one we had in Victoria Inn. I'm a small and slender person and yet, I needed to go around the bed sideways for there was hardly any space. The room was just a cubicle with a double (not queen) size bed. The bed looked really old...

Thank you for your review. We would like to offer larger rooms but in London, just like in many large cities, the rooms are small to make them affordable.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, and if you book online the price is very reasonable. Location is great for visiting the area around the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace and the major museums, but the location is faily quiet too. We had a room at the front of the hotel but were'nt disturbed by the traffic noise.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
