Beautiful hotel inside with excellent receptive, helpful, professional though personable staff in the 2 areas i encountered. Reception were just perfect thank you. Room service was just lovely superb food with friendly, helpful staff. This is a good hotel in a brilliant location close to the City of London. We felt that it was primarily a 4 Star Business Hotel, however it satisfied our holiday needs too. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment. However the intrusion was kept to a minimum. The hotel is ideally placed for access to London via Swiss Cottage Tube...

The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. In particular the porter, Emil, went out of his way to help. The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean and bright, fridge in the room and coffee/tea plus biscuits etc, bottles of water in the room on arrival. Room service was also excellent and special kosher meals were well organised....

I stayed in this hotel for a week back in November, on my first time to London. I arrived quite late at night but the reception area was still well staffed and I was promptly checked in and given my room key, wifi code etc. I stayed on the fourth floor and although the rooms are somewhat of a maze,...

Clean and spacious hotel with good facilities. I was booked into a family room which was very nice as was the bathroom. Ate at Carlucio's restaurant in the hotel which served a variety of tasty Italian dishes. Full breakfast was plentiful, but a minor niggle was that the cooked breakfast buffet was tepid at best, although tasty. Staff were helpful...

Just a 5 minute walk From Swiss cottage tube station, it is in an ideal location. We had booked a family room with two double beds and a generous sized balcony, we were pleased with the room and amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, when we needed an Uber and directions and they were more than happy to help....

Located in London, just north of Regents Park. Not cheap, but less expensive than in central London and many of the basic London tourist attractions are close to the Jubilee line that services the nearby Swiss Cottage tube station. I was able to get to this hotel from Heathrow with just 1 line change (Picadillly line from Heathrow and change...

Just checked into the hotel yesterday for a couple of days, after a lengthy absence because of the poor experience I had last time. I like the area and there's a real lack of decent hotels around here, so I thought I'd try again. It's been completely remodelled downstairs, with a new lobby, a Carluccio's restaurant and a generally far...

For example, the concierge was great helping with bookings for the London Eye and general information. The hotel restaurant, Carluccio's, was excellent. The location of the hotel was great...
