It was an overall very good stay, but has some improvement needs: - it has no free wifi (I am Marriott Platinum, so I had free wifi, but other guests didn't)...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but the tube station was closed during our stay and the hotel is not within walking distance to any major attractions. It was very inconvenient to get downtown without the Swiss cottage station, but the staff was helpful in figuring out how to take the buses. The room was lovely and the executive...

This has always been my favorite Marriott ! Why?.. you ask.. well,.. eehm. Its not the hotel it selves. The building had had it's best years, the decor is a bit outdated, the rooms a bit tired. The pool has seen better times and compared to some Marriotts I've been its basically quite old. Plus this time again, and in...

Booked a family room for just after Christmas, one month in advance. Good sized room and most facilities as expected, but no WiFi! WiFi and breakfast were available for an additional charge. Clean enough, but carpet could have used a freshen up. Arrived just after 3pm (check-in start time) but rooms not ready and needed to wait in the foyer...
