I'd read a few reviews a day prior to staying which weren't complimentary but I have to say they didn't match my experience.
Easy to reach hotel from Euston Station and Russell Square tube. Beautiful stairs....... receptionists professional, booking in easy, Concierge helpful.
We stayed 1 night in this hotel and were not disappointed, excellent décor within keeping of the building, clean / spacious rooms friendly staff and good breakfast - will certainly not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.
Stayed here for 2 nights, first room was small so decided on an upgrade, gave us a suite, this was very nice, clean, bright and quiet., location was good, would stay again.bar was bit expensive, breakfast was excellent and staff spot on.
I have stayed at this Hotel many times for the past 15 years. The character of the building, the renovations, close to the tranquility of Russell Square and the Tube Station are a real attraction for me.
