This hotel is in a ideal location, near Baker street not far from all the action but in a quiet side street enabling us to have a great nights sleep. The hotel is being refurbished with minimum disruption to guests, our room had just been finished and was everything was of a good standard. Staff were helpful and friendly. The...

Stayed for one night couldn't fault this hotel currently undergoing renovation but didn't affect the stay. Its not very often you get to be the first to stay in a newly refurbished room so couldn't fault it very good night's sleep surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was fine and staff attentive. Hotel happy to store bags while we went off...

We stayed for 4 nights and occupied two rooms (one double and one single). We stayed here because we were looking for something close to Marylebone High Street that was cheap enough to have two rooms. We love this area. We walked through Regents Park every morning to get in touch with nature before the madness of the typical London...

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The location was great for our theatre visit no changes on the tube, Waterloo to Baker Street for hotel, then Baker Street straight to Piccadilly Circus, spot on. Room had recently been decorated was very comfortable, plenty of storage. Refurbishment taking place but this did not cause us any problems. Had breakfast in...

When we booked we weren't told about the renovation process. Our room was fine, refurbished. However, the Continental or English breakfast that we looked forward to was terrible. No breakfast room thus it was served in our room which hardly had space for a tray and only one stool. Coffee was instant coffee we had to make ourselves and the...

Went here for the 2nd time in a year for the footy final where the experience was the same. Great rooms, great service, great location but rubbish footy. Lost again. Didn't do breakfast, went to 106 Baker St. Check it out, it's excellent. Well done Blandford😊

Gorgeous little hotel located on a quiet side-street just seconds away from the hustle and bustle of Baker Street and Regent Park. Breakfast is "in room" due to refurbishment. No mention of this on booking. No option for cooked breakfast. See photo - poor "continental" selection. Room is noisy from above - squeaky boards, bathroom noise etc. £165 is too much for this standard.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

“I requested a room with a desk so that I could work. Although the room was a small double the desk was very close to the bed, which made it a little awkward getting from the wardrobe to the bathroom without pushing the chair in fully, but it suited my purposes. The shower was great and the room was clean and had all the amenities for making tea and coffee so no complaints. ”
