The hotel’s location is excellent with the underground just across the street and with food and amenities all around. The hotel is very accommodating, super clean, beautiful and cosy. And they even allowed us to check in early. Shoutout to Dilbar and Samson! Thank you! And lastly, the hotel’s environment is quiet and peaceful too despite being around the underground and everything 👍🏽

This hotel is literally across the street from the underground tube station which makes traveling to any part of London extremely convenient. We stayed here for six days and took the tube everywhere even to and from the Heathrow. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sebastian for going above and beyond in providing excellent service. Rooms were clean and quiet with very good daily cleaning and restocking service. Overall a great experience.

Our second visit to this hotel we were very happy in our first visit last year so we chose this hotel again for our visit to London It’s a convenient place just next to metro station ease of going everywhere in downtown even to Heathrow with a single underground line

Overnight stay as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a concert. Great location, early check in was offered and an upgraded room. Good breakfast choices and friendly staff. Good location for the tube, would stay here again if we need to be in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to London. The hotel was very nice. The location is superb. It’s directly across the street from Gloucester Road underground station. The underground line is the Piccadilly Line, which is ideal for Harrods, The West End, Covent Garden, China Town etc. The room was a good size for a London hotel. The cleanliness was very good. The housekeeping was also very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff were both friendly & polite. Would we stay here again? Yes we would.

Our third stay and just as wonderful as always, The staff was great, the room comfortable and I really loved the freshly decked out bar and breakfast area. Good furniture is always a delight. A special shout out to Rajesh in reception, great service and we appreciated the upgrade, it made the trip all the better, We're definitely coming again.
