Just back from a 4 day break in London..stayed in this amazing hotel. could not fault it in any way from staff at the front door an foyer, to the room, restaurant and everything in between..pure decadence. every tourist spot basically on your doorstep or general strolling distance.

We spent the first time in this place. The room very comfortable and clean. The windows in our room where outside white painted, that you couldn't see into the inner yard. Unfortuneatly one window was covered with pigeon phuh which looked rather disgusting. Part of the stuf was very helpful especially at the reception. The staff in the breakfast room...

Stayed here for 5 days and absolutely love it! We arrived early at around 1pm from Paris and the staff rushed to have our room ready! They even set up a nice chocolate plate in our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with the tube station right next door.

I recently had a trip at short notice into London to meet up with some friends and colleagues. I was given the somewhat awkward task of choosing where to go for a bite to eat a few drinks and a catch up. Basically I gave them a choice of some pretty reasonable pubs in the area or somewhere a little...

We stayed at the Royal Horseguards the last week of May, 2015. The hotel lobbies and our room were beautiful- just as depicted at the hotel website (I hate it when the photos of the hotel end up being the best the place will ever look). Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
