Fantastic location at the back of the BBC in central London. Nice old building with a modern reception. Rooms unfortunately are old fashioned, with outdated furnishings, and equipment. Continental Breakfast was 1980s style. Not good enough for the current day and for the cost of...More

We needed a reasonably-priced hotel near Gt. Portland St. in London and were pleasantly surprised to find this one. So convenient for central London, not expensive and with helpful and cheerful staff. It is a clean, well-appointed hotel (ex-gentlemen's club apparently) with spacious en-suite rooms...More

There seemed to be a lot of safe street parking- there was a Bentley parked out front the entire time we were there. It is one block from the BBC HQ- maybe they have a garage? (We didn't drive- from the US. Too Scary!)
