For it's location and the price to stay I was definitely expecting a little bit more. The food was terrible--I got a cheeseburger and it was dry and unappetizing. Even though I was starving, I wasn't able to eat more than half. No mini bar, no fridge. The towel warmer did not work, the water in the tub, when I...

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the room was clean and tidy. We had an amazing view of tower bridge. Breakfast was a good standard along side room service which was good. The hotel is in a great location with many major tourist attractions within walking distance (there is also a tube nearby for those further afield). Would defiantly use...

The party I joined was to celebrate a very close friend's 80th birthday and the manager attended to all our needs and requirements which made the whole experience...

TV does not work, no mini bar, very very old rooms with really old furniture, reception took very long to onboard me. Overall just aweful. I will not visit again albeit it is in the centre. This needs a massive fresh-up now!

Needs a bit of updating here and there in the room such as the bath had a couple of rust patches and the sofa in the suite was quite old but overall satisfied and would stay again. Staff were very polite as always and the view from the room was amazing.

We went yesterday with friends for afternoon tea at the tower hotel and it was really lovely. The service and food was great not to mention the view. We had so many cakes, tried lots of different teas, there was a large choice of cakes, scones, sandwich's, and the strawberry mousse cake which was lovely. Service was fantastic and staff...
