My husband booked an Executive Suite....I'd read mixed reviews but all I can say is wow! The staff were professional & friendly... the lifts were fine(one of the main complaints I had read). Now onto our room....amazing views... clean and beautiful! The view of tower bridge and the shard on the 11th floor was amazing...i kept the curtains open so...

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in while visiting London. I have traveled to London on many occasions and I highly recommend the Tower Hotel, Tower Bridge. Tower Hill is the nearest tube stop only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The IX Bar in the hotel over looks the Tower Bridge and the Themes...

Initally booked room through an agent which went pear shaped at last minuet and was faced with having to find another room at very short notice. Rang hotel directly who were only too pleased to help. They matched the best price we found online and even gave us a bridge view as requested. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely...

I had booked a suite for the Saturday 13th feb to b in london for dinner and for lunch on valentines day. Checking in we were upgraded to exec twin as double rooms were overbooked, not a problem, our room was beautiful with all the extra you would expect, lovely river view, our daughters had a bridge view equally good. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is a feast of cooked and continental options served...

Stayed here for a weekend and have never seen a hotel so busy and disorganised. On arrival (lunchtime), the queues were massive with people checking in and out, we waited over 20 mins before we got to the front desk. Then of course as almost everyone has mentioned in their reviews the lifts are a nightmare. Only 2 were working...
