We have just returned from a short visit to London and our first stay at the Tower Hotel. From the moment we arrived, having walked just a few minutes from Tower Hill tube station, we were treated like VIP's. We were upgraded by the receptionist, Elena and went directly to our room, however the larger room wasn't a tower view...

Location is impressive, public areas are good, staff are in the main friendly and efficient. But the rooms are dated, mine had a bathroom that had seen better days, with a massive crack in the basin. But the biggest issue I had was that for a supposedly top hotel there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, you...

I've just returned from a three night stay at the Tower Hotel in St. Katherine's Way, London. For a hotel which promises so much via the web site, they deliver so little. The public rooms I used were well furnished and well presented but once you get behind those areas, the hotel is very dated, very shabby and in need...

The exterior of the hotel is perhaps not the best you can imagine, but the interior is relatively new and modern. The room itself is clean and nicely decorated. Good location - easy walk to everywhere... There were a few things which could be improved... for example, a few lights in the room were not working, the heating was also...
