This was our second stay at the hotel and everything was just as good, if not better than our previous stay. Beyza greeted us at reception and asked us what we had planned for our weekend. we told our our weekend was to celebrate retirement and to walk the 02 roof. We were so pleased when we arrived at our...

This was my 2nd stay here and my wife's first. Pleased to say she was delighted. As we need to use the car during the stay the underground was handy and not expensive compared to usual central London parking, and no congestion charge. Tip: If arriving by car the slip road is easily missed meaning you have to cross Tower...

Myself and my mum had booked this hotel through a Travelzoo deal for a joint birthday celebration and her retirement (included tickets to Mamma Mia). Before we went I had emailed ahead to ask the price of room upgrades in case we wanted to do so and I had clearly mentioned the celebrations we were having. Based on the price...

I visited for my 20th birthday with my boyfriend and had an amazing stay! It was a lovely hotel room in a fantastic location for a city break in London. Very nice rooms with an incredible view of the tower bridge if you're on the right side of the hotel!

I discovered this hotel on TripAdvisor when specifically looking to stay in the vicinity. By a chance conversation, I learned that a relative's international colleagues often stayed at the Tower Guoman and so I too opted for it (booking through GalaHotels). As it transpired, I could not have made a better choice. Upon arrival, the reception staff were immensely polite,...

We had a lovely time here. Hotel was clean, room was excellent. Bar has amazing view of Tower Bridge. They do an excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Fantastic location - it's a stones throw away from The Tower of London, and close to Tower Hill tube station, so it's very easy to get around London from here. Definitely will come...

The Hotel is located next to Tower Bridge, so a number of sites, excellent restaurants and public transport are in walking distance. From the outside the hotel looks not too promising, but the rooms offer fabulous views on the river. Quality of rooms is good, highly appreciated was the friendliness and courtesy of the entire staff, from check-in to check-out....
