The Rosewood (and as the Chancery Court before) is our go to place when we stay in London. The genuinely friendly welcome and ‘nothing is too much trouble attitude’ make it a pleasure to stay here. It’s perfectly placed for all the sites, close to Holborn tube and a < 10 minute walk to Soho and Leicester Square. Sure it’s...

Loved the Rosewood! Spacious, clean rooms with a bedcomfort I have not experiensed in any hotel before. Blackout curtains made the room totaly black and quiet for the night. Turndown service was a treat, showing they really cared for their guests. The room was lovely equipped and free wi-fi was working well. Bathroom not too spacious but roomy enough, and...

For a pricey 5 star hotel you would expect a good air conditioning especially when you don't have the possibility to open a window. The first night I slept without the air conditioning because of the noise, but it felt suffocating. The second night we operated the air conditioning but we had to compromise with the noise. They could have...

The hotel was in a great location and the lobby stunning! But our deluxe room was a disappointment, not like the photos at all on the website where the deluxe rooms are splashed out with large windows and beautiful furnishings. Another room was shown as an alternative when I asked to see something else, but it was not even close...

The Rosewood was our home for a week. London is expensive but this hotel is good value by comparison with other good quality hotels. We tend to stay in Soffitels in major cities, but the Rosewood shades them. The building is everything you might imagine a good london hotel should be. It was uplifting just walking around the place. The...

I would have given this very expensive hotel an excellent instead of very good if our room had 2 comfortable chairs instead of one.The second chair was very small and would be okay for a child. They did get us a second chair when we complained. The staff are wonderful and we got into our room early. The location was so great,we could...

This was my first trip to London and staying at the Rosewood made it an over the top experience. Upon arrival they took care of us like royalty! The hotel itself is emmaculate and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. The rooms themselves were very well up to date and extremely well kept. We...

First thing is a perfect location walking distance to mostly all boroughs of Central London. Amazing service efficient prompt and very friendly. You would think that a hotel of that ranking would have snobby stuffy atmosphere, not at all. Everybody friendly and helpful.we had 2 rooms booked one was ready few hours before a regular check in and immediately given...

In a city were prices have become silly and where service is usually sullen at best or imperfect due to staff having limited English this was a great surprise. Stayed here for 7 days on business and cannot rave enough about this hotel. Service was consistently amazing and faster than any hotel I have stayed in even in Asia (...

This hotel makes you feel welcome from the moment your walk in. It's thoughtful touched make for a personalised stay from start to finish. Food was excellent & top class service. They have a hotel dog which adds a familiar touch to the hotel & a country feel within London.
