We stayed for two nights for a theatre weekend. The hotel is on the same street as Les Miserables so we got last minute tickets for the show. The check in was 3pm however when we arrived after 3pm our room wasn’t ready, think we had to wait until 4.15pm for the room. The hotel did give us a free drink while we waited, we weren’t the only ones waiting for our room to be ready. Didn’t impact our stay but could’ve if you had plans. The room was small but totally fine for us, exactly what we needed. Bed comfortable and with the hotel being on a busy street which our room looked out onto we didn’t hear much street noise at all if any at night. The bathroom on the other hand was tiny, when you sat on the toilet your face was nearly touching the sink, we managed but would prefer a slightly bigger bathroom. However, this would not stop us coming back as the location is brilliant. So when we book to come back to this hotel will enquire if there are rooms with slightly bigger bathrooms.

Hotel's Favourite
This is a five star review not because the Piccadilly London West End is Claridges or the Dorchester, but because the Piccadilly London West End was immaculately kept and, if LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION mean anything to you, the location is amazing. The hotel is right in the heart of London's West End, three blocks from Piccadilly Circus, one block from Chinatown, and in the heart of Soho with all the wonderful Soho Bars and restaurants in the blocks DIRECTLY behind the hotel, along with West End Theatres. Furthermore, the price was great (via Expedia) and although the room I selected was very small (which I knew going in so I'm not complaining about it), but despite being a small room every surface in the room was new, clean, and even the carpet was new. The hotel is very well maintained. And my room had fresh fruit. The mattress was excellent and the mattress and bed lines were top of the line. Although I think most rooms have windows, mine didn't (hence---it was very quiet!). Walking out of the hotel there was no need to take an Uber or a taxi to leave for an interesting restaurant or bar as I had hundreds of choices within blocks. And if I wanted the Tube, Piccadilly Circus was just blocks away. The front desk staff was very nice and always smiling and there were even newspapers in the lobby. Although I didn't have the buffet breakfast in the small ground level restaurant (not in a basement like some hotels), it looked good and included smoked salmon (which I always appreciate). So great value, fantastic location, wonderful staff, fresh and clean room, and definitely a hotel to visit again.

Dear WorldTravelerAsia, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at Piccadilly London West End. We truly appreciate your kind words and are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our prime location, spotless facilities, and attentive staff. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to maintaining the high standards you have praised. Nice staff and good location. But unfortunately the room was under all criticism. As there was black mold in several places and it was not cleaned, for example under the bed and the bedside table. The hotel refuses to meet my complaint as they mean that they upgraded the room. But the fact remains that it is under all criticism when the "upgraded" room looked like this…

Lovely hotel, staff and service are amazing, breakfast area is a little cramped. Room was lovely and comfortable although a little small. Location is amazing though, literally right in the centre of Chinatown, would definitely return in future!

Great location and the staff are really helpful, friendly and efficient. The price also feels reasonable given that it's in the west end. This review is mixed because I originally had a deluxe double room, which definitely didn't feel like a five star hotel. I expected the room to be pretty compact, but the bed felt really small and uncomfortable (billed as a queen but I'm not sure if it really was), plus there was noise from the hallways. The room definitely wasn't soundproofed, so I couldn't sleep. Nobody's fault, but I booked the room partly because hotels.com say the rooms are soundproofed, so I'd expected a decent night's sleep. However, the staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful when I explained the situation, and they were able to move me into a much better room for my final night. I think it was a Club room, and the bed was large and comfortable for two people, the room easily big enough not to be bothered by noise in the hallway, a nice bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and overall a much better experience. Had I been in this room the whole time I'd have given 5 stars to this review, but I just didn't feel my original room merited much more than average unfortunately. I would only stay again if I could get a Club room and if it was reasonably priced. Grateful to the lovely staff though!

The perfect location for Soho, Covent Garden, Piccadilly, Leicester Square etc. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Staff are friendly and efficient. No complaints at all. Will definitely return. Hotel prices in London have gone a little crazy lately but the Piccadilly was reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a flashy hotel with a cool bar scene, this won’t be the place for you; but if you’re seeking a comfortable stay in the heart of the West End, this is it!

This was our first visit to the Piccadilly and certainly not our last. Location wise, the hotel is perfect for the West End amenities. We came for a one night theatre break to see a show at the Shaftesbury theatre which was just under a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Piccadilly Circus is only a 2 minute walk away and was really convenient if you are travelling by tube. The hotel itself is beautiful- very modern rooms and probably the largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in in London. We went for the club double room and it was a great size. It was slightly noisy in the evening due to how busy Piccadilly Circus was, but this didn’t affect our sleep and appreciated our room was on the front of the hotel so would’ve heard more from outside. Although the bed was stated as a double, it felt more like a super king to us, very spacious and really comfortable pillows and mattress. Free water, fruit and biscuits in the room were a great little touch and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff were really friendly when checking in and checking out and was lovely to see so many members of staff helping guests with their luggage. Yes, you are paying a bit more to stay at this hotel but to us, it’s totally warranted based on the amazing location and how well presented this hotel is. We booked a second visit to the hotel only a few hours after checking out and were informed by a member of staff, Doina, to let the hotel know when we will be returning and they would arrange a surprise for us which was so appreciated and very thoughtful. This is our new go to hotel to stay when visiting the capital and we’re already looking forward to our return trip in November. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location very central in the centre of vibrant night life. Hotel was clean and spacious especially for London. The staff were very kind and helpful and allowed us to drop off our bags before the allocated check in to save us carrying them around and then were delivered to the room when we got back. Would stay here again!

The hotel was Amazing and right amongst the places we had lined up to visit. The room itself did not disappoint with the four poster bed at the centre. Staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help our anniversary weekend become an excellent time.
