Perfect hotel for business or pleasure. Exceptionally well trained staff. Nothing too much trouble always with a smile. Very comfortable beds, Elimis products, kettle, coffee maker, fruit . Proseco on arrival . Fantastic restaurant extremely well priced and delicious top quality food. I look forward to outperform return. 10 out of 10 all the way for us.

We have stayed at the Picadilly Hotel for 5 nights Outstanding hospitality! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfast is super, rooms are great, and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Hotell located in a very convenient place where you can just walk to most attractions or take a close by tube for the rest of... More

I arrived early and no room was ready but instead got upgraded to a double. Even beyond this courtesy I found the staff especially friendly and helpful. I ordered up a continental breakfast my first morning and it included smoked salmon - checked off what I wanted - and went to their small cafe the next, excellent food both times.... More

For the most part, everything was very nice about this hotel. The room was updated and modern and clean. However, the few issues we had were primarily related to noise. Since we had traveled overnight to arrive in London, we needed to nap during the first afternoon. This was not possible due to the noise of the cleaning staff. Also,... More

We stay in London regularly and always at a five star hotel similar to Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. However for a change we decided to book something central in the West End as this was a fleeting visit. We were impressed from the attentive staff at arrival to the glass of prosecco offered at reception to the quality of the... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights a few weeks ago. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We got into our room which was the larger room on the 4th floor and it faced the side street. We felt the room was a little warmer then we liked and... More

Superb location on Shaftesbury Avenue, just a very short walk from Piccadilly Circus and theaters. Very accommodating service; helpful and friendly staff. The room was just like on the pictures, even better, actually; very clean and airy, with a very comfy bed. Good bathroom with a nice shower. Our only issues were technical; the LAN connection did not work, (but... More

On arrival we had a kind welcome with a free drink and it looked so clean and modern. Our room was amazing and we were given a free phone to use for the duration of our stay which had unlimited 4g. We used the phone all the time when walking around London and was so useful for maps. Very clean... More

My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would love to return. Within a few minutes walk of the theatre and places to eat and shop. Staff were very helpful and the glass of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Dad was chuffed with the rose petals on the bed saying Happy Birthday, the little cake and balloons. Everything they... Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
