This is a tricky review to make, as I am still not clear how much of my 'erk' moments were down to the hotel or to my overblown expectations. I shall try to be as fair as I can! Advantages: Excellent location, only 4 minutes walk from Earls Court tube and a busy high street, situated on a lovely Georgian...

Husband and I stayed in a luxury double and it was great. Beautifully decorated, a bit on the small side compared to American hotels, but perfectly fine for us. Immaculate bathroom, free wi-fi, and 24 hour drinks service. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, with restaurants close by. We even saw...

We were delighted with our first stay at TNS in December. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff extremely helpful and Earl's Court turns out to be very well located for local services and connections. Above all, for the business traveller the overall value was terrifc and very easy to justify for future trips to London. This will be...

Originally booked a 4 poster room for 2 nights but whe we arrived we were given a free upgrade to the Ottoman Suite which the photos do not do justice to. The room was fantastic with a living flame gas fire for that extra bit of heat if required. You get a real feel of luxury living when you're in...

This hotel is simply too good to be true. These were the words my wife said after checking into this gorgeous hotel. After three nights, it was simply a perfect experience. it is cheap, clean, and very friendly staff. The location is a minute walk to the tube and that will get you anywhere you want to go in London....

My wife and I had a night in London away from the kids and stayed at Twenty Neven Square. Nice, small but smart hotel in a quiet location, yet really close to Earl's Court tube and exhibition centre, with very polite, professional staff. I booked a "luxury double" and we were given room 10. Lovely decor etc (I'm not a...

Booked this hotel for a special weekend trip to London and thought we were going to an above average hotel, being 4*, but just felt it was "okay". Nothing special. We booked this some 4 months ago and thought we would have got a better room than we were given. We were initially given room 25 - mezzanine floor room...

This hotel is in an excellent location, 2 minute walk from Earls Court but in a quiet square. We had a really nice stay here the rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The pillows, however, were not very good. The welcome was friendly and the service at one breakfast was really good, the second breakfast they were...

Had a nice overnight stay on Friday 19 November. The Delux room was nicely decorated. Bed was very nice. We only had breakfast there the following morning but it was nice and delivered to the room as requested, however the croissants could have been warmed. For us the room and stay was fine and we had no problems. Booking in...

This booking was for a special night away in London with my partner so we decided to spend more than we normally would for one night. The impression from the website was a bit more sumptuous than we actually found the room to be. There was only a shower and not a bath. The bed was a fourposter but there...
