I've stayed here a number of times in the Club level rooms. I always ask for a room facing front toward the park which is a much nicer view than the taxi circle out back. Club level gives you a large room with sofa and two comfortable arm chairs plus access to the Club for breakfast and evening cocktails. The...

Dear Guest Many thanks for posting a review of your recent stay at our Hotel. We are delighted you enjoy our Club rooms and particularly the Club Lounge, where our team consistently provide exceptional service. While we consider the scope of any future renovation, we are working to lift the appearance of the hotel by carrying out a thorough spring...

Great location, good food and service in restaurant, clean room but whole experience spoilt by chamber maids who twice tried to enter our room once at 9 and again at 10 despite having a check out time of midday. Choose this hotel as at was close to a party venue had late night but felt violated by this disturbance and...

We were visiting London for dinner and to see a show so my husband wanted a hotel in a central location. We stayed in a superior room overlooking Grosvenor Square. The room was large, spacious and tastefully decorated. I was worried about traffic noise but had no issues with this at all. The bathroom was small but perfectly functional for...

Stayed last weekend for a black tie dinner dance close by. Regret choosing this hotel as their attitude is 'let's fleece the tourist'. At a cost of £400 for 2 nights, the bedroom was very small and the bathroom tiny with old fittings and a wooden bar across the floor which was not pleasant in bare feet. Bed was hard....

The hotel is absolutely well located in the Mayfair neighborhood. The rooms are ok but the bed is very uncomfortable due to the quality of the mattress. Once in the hotel you feel as you were in a RyanAir flight because they charge you everything from the internet to a late breakfast. The staff definitely need some improvement and more...

We took two rooms for two nights to celebrate an important birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went out of their way to make this a special stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds. The location in Grosvenor Square is so convenient for Oxford Street, Bond Street and the West End. A...

We went for afternoon tea. First of all the service was great. The waitresses were all very friendly, especially Ms. Irina who took care of our table most of the time. Food, cake, tea everything was fantastic. We had a wonderful time.

Our main reason for selecting the Millennium is location. It was an ideal base for a busy wedding weekend in central London. We didn't expect to spend much time in our room and envisaged having a small, dated room. Just a place to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised - our room wasn't large but was very comfortable and not cluttered...

Stayed two nights in standard room. The check in was a bit long as receptionists was asking a lot of questions regarding room preferences. The room itself was good size with a bit outdated bathroom but very clean and pleasant.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
