I was not impressed with the value for our room. I've stayed at many Hilton locations and the rooms always exceed my expectations. However, this location had outdated carpeting, the bathroom was cold, and the room window curtain did not open. I felt really claustrophobic. The staff on the other hand were amazing!!

What a surprise to book a Hilton, but to find myself in a hotel more like a independently owned and managed city-hotel: unfortunately not to the better. Had booked a single-room and got exactely this: a small room, with a small bed squeezed to the wall. The small window was to the backyard and all I could mange to see...

Hilton London Green Park, Mayfair is only 3-4 short blocks to the Green Park station on the Piccadilly Line Underground Tube. This location is probably the best advantage of this hotel. Secondly, it's very quiet and we had street side rooms. You will rest easily at night and late night arrivals is relatively safe. What did we not like? This...

The good points: Hotel is superbly located, reception area [and its staff] is/are very nice. No complaints there. Room was so-so... booked through Last Minute and got a single bedroom which was reasonable with regards size, but as usual with a cheaper deal was at the end of a corridor - the most notable drawback of the room was that...

Great area, wonderful restaurants within 2 minute walk, directly across from Green Park. I truly experienced the best service I have had in ages, every one of the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that the stay was great. Lovely Lovely staff ad hotel. Highly recommend it!

Have stayed here twice. It is one of the best locations you can choose in London. The Green Park Tube stop is less than 5 minutes walk and gives you access to three different tube lines going in all different directions. You can be virtually anywhere in the city easily and quickly with minimal stops or changes. The hotel is...

Hotel is in an old building and so the floors are very creaky! Nice for a bit of Old English Charm but can be a bit annoying at night. Went for the Christmas Markets and was an ideal location. Less than 5 mins walk to Green Park Station too so easy to get around. Not perfect by any stretch of...

I like this small(ish) hotel with very personal service. Reception was friendly. I could choose my room which turned out to be nice and bright. I must especially mention the concierge who really made an effort and asked on numerous occasions if there was anything to make my stay more pleasant. I should also mention that this hotel is in...

Have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed staying here. This time I took some friends and their children to celebrate a kids 8th birthday. The rooms were ready when we checked in. I had booked 3 rooms, all near each other. I found out that room 410 had a problem with the heating, it was set at 16...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
