Had a lovely afternoon tea here with an offer from Groupon. Excellent service setting & food. They even told us about another upcoming deal - unpretentious and well worth a visit. We look forward to returning soon.

I visited this lovely hotel this afternoon with a friend from Argentina to have an afternoon tea. We spent a couple of hours in the beautiful tea room, chatting, having tea with delicious finger sandwiches, scons and cakes. Excellent service staff, specially Miguel and Purna, who were always there to offer more tea or coffee and even take us a...

We had a lovely time at The Leonard Hotel where we had a delicious and great value (£32 for two via Groupon) afternoon tea with champagne. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the afternoon tea was generous in portion and very nice, and the hotel is in a great location just five minutes from Marble Arch.

I was in London on business and my secretary booked me into this hotel. I wanted something close to the undeground and Claridges, where I was attending a reception. This hotel ticked both boxes. It was very comfortable and for London reasonably priced. It is a little old fashioned but the bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. The toiletries were Elemis...

We stayed just one night at The Leonard but were delighted with the hotel despite the quirkiness of the internal architecture viz uneven and creaky floors! Very courteous staff. We had a suite (bedroom, lounge with bed settee and kitchenette & bathroom) and on a very cold night it was very snug. We were at the front of the hotel...

Very bad experience, every thing is bad,the staff are careless and uncooperative. We are live in 4th floor and no elevator. There was a leakage of water from the ceiling and after that the room was changed to a worse one.I strongly advise everyone not to book at this bad hotel.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
