This was rated as a four star hotel and it is not. It's location close to Paddington Station makes it very convenient. The hotel's staff was great. The room itself had problems as did the common areas. Here are a few: 1) It could only be accessed by a short flight of stairs 2) the in-room safe was too small...

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and intimate with stylish furnishings and wonderful amenities. The staff was first rate and extremely friendly. We especially liked the Hyde Bar. The cocktails were outstanding. The hotels location was great - a short walk from Paddington Station with a variety of nice dining options in the...

We spent six nights at The Royal Park. Really nice. Central. Quiet. Nice staff. High standard. Nice Room - not small, not big. When it come's to breakfast, you can get more for at lot less in places in the neigbourghood. There's few proteins (ham or cheese ex.) in the continental breakfast at The Royal Park. I would like to...

I stayed at this hotel with my parents due to the excellent location. We enjoyed a pleasant stay although when checking out I discovered that the hotel had charged me for 2 nights instead of one. When I asked them to correct it they refused and told me to take it up with booking.com since I had made the booking...

Close to Paddington Station! Excellent service-rooms service, food service...ect. Learned to enjoy tea and cookies at the end of each day. Had all the large hotel amenities with out the large hotel. Felt like a neighborhood all thought you were in a city of millions. Great running location, just block from Hyde Park

Lovely hotel in a great location. Service was excellent, suite was fantastic. Cocktail bar absolutely first class. Only criticism would be that the mattress wasnt very nice. Had a hard ridge down the middle and sagged a bit on one side. I have stayed in premier inns with far more comfortable mattresses.

On a sub zero day we received the warmest of welcomes at this beautiful hotel - it has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. Superior decor but still with a homely touch. The afternoon tea was a truly memorable experience. It was so refreshing to drink lashings of real tea - delightfully poured from a proper tea pot...

The perfect afternoon tea if you are in West London. All inhouse preperation, home made cakes and macaroons (believe me these are not easy to get right) staff extremely atentive. If I had any critisim it would only be perhaps have slightly smaller portions. You must try the strawberry and basil mouse.

We regularly use The Royal Park Hotel for business and leisure and we would not stay anywhere else in London! It is very conveniently located, just a short walk from Paddington Train Station and Lancaster Gate tube in a quiet street. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they definitely go the extra mile. Rooms...
