I have booked a single room. The promised colour TV had no remote control, so I had to climb every time on the bed in order to reach the function buttons. With always helpful manners though, the staff did not do anything to fix the problem. Water pressure was insufficient. I could not take even a normal shower. Room heating...

We booked this place as it seemed in a good location and was reasonably priced and it looked OK from the pictures and description on various websites I browsed before deciding.First impressions were not good, old, tatty reception, resturaunt was closed for refurbishment which was supposed to be completed 2 weeks before we stayed. The lifts were so small you...

I was a little leery of the Queen's Park after reading the reviews, but after staying there for three nights, I really don't understand the issues people have had there. Yes, it's small, but how much room does one need to sleep in and if you aren't asleep, why would you spend time in your hotel room when you could...

I was a bit anxious about staying here after reading the awful reviews but I can't believe how wrong they were! We payed £32 to stay for one night. We found booking through their website was cheaper than last minute! So, considering it was so cheap i definitely wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. Yeah the...

I stayed at the Queens Park Hotel in mid February for 6 nights. I have been in many 3 star hotels in London and this hotel is not that bad! The room was small but clean. The breakfast was more than ample with two croissants, an apple, yogart, orange juice, and a cereal bar. This was delivered to the room...

Stayed in the queens park for 2 nights - luckily we hadn't booked any longer! Shabby hotel in need of a good clean and revamp! Bedroom extremely small - never seen one as small in a hotel before. Bed kept moving everytime we sat up to watch the tiny television. On arrival, I had a shower only to realise the...

I stayed in room 506 (top floor) from the 10th to 16th as part of a package from go- today.com. The room appears to have recently been refurbished. Like others, i was interested in the reality because of the very mixed revuews this hotel has received. First the bad: The hot water stinks. On the 16th I got into the...

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I must say that I was disappointed by the quality of the room. When I arrived there I thought that everything seemed to be fine, since the room was in my view clean and bright. The problems were the breakfast bags (eating two dry croissants isn't breakfast), the shower didn't have enough...
