The location is great -- very central in London, and good for museums, theatre, etc! The price is good, especially given the location -- so it's good value for money. I have always found the staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Excellent location. Great price and very helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay. You cant go wrong with the location and price. A stone throw from oxford st. Covent garden british museum and UCL. I would recomnend this as vfm.
