I'm an ex-pat Hendoner domiciled in Philly. 40 years ago, my late mum threw a wedding bash for my wife and I at the Hendon Hall Hotel. We'd been officially married in Philly and this was for the 'home team.' Service and all details were excellent at the time. We recently did a three week Euro tour anniversary starting at...

My husband booked our visit to Hendon Hall for two nights as we had tickets to see the Beach Boys at the Albert Hall. It's a bit of a ride along the major part of the Northern Line, from London centre to Hendon Central but well worth the effort. There is a courtesy car that can collect and take you...

Spent 1 night in the Hendon Hall Hotel on a brief visit to London. The Hotel is a historic building and at one time was a regular base of the English Football team. Overall it was a very positive stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly our breakfast waitress and the 2 girls on reception on Saturday the 6th...

A beautiful country house based in London. Loads of free parking and lovely gardens. Great for access to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and Wembley. Received a warm welcome from all the staff - nothing was too much trouble. Arrived quite late but was able to order food in the bar or the restaurant. Had a bar meal which was huge...

A lovely setting for a conference - calm, pleasant, peaceful. Coffee in the meeting room was surprisingly good. Lunch at the restaurant was good, not great. Service was excellent, thanks to young Victoria. She brought a delightful presence to our table and we all enjoyed our meal. We shall return!

If position is important and you wish to be near Brent Cross then this hotel will meet your requirements. However the welcome we experienced left much to be desired. The hotel is in need of a refurb and what could be a quirky well run establishment is a roller coaster of a hotel, seemingly lacking proper management. Some of the...

More like a country house hotel than a London base. An ideal location for north London activities. In a tranquil setting, this stately building offers traditional accommodation with modern conveniences.

The best part of my stay was the dining! Excellent food served at dinner and again for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, with a big selection of magazines and lovely toiletries - a huge bar of soap though! Could do with considering the planet and perhaps cutting back on the extras? All the staff were welcoming. There is...

Always like Hand Picked hotels, one reason being the quality and friendliness of the staff. The receptionist at Hendon Hall was unhelpful, unfriendly and inefficient. We were a group of four friends, in two rooms, - one couple were given the key to a room already occupied, as they found when they opened the door. Really embarrassing for all concerned,...

We returned after many months as we find the hotel very convenient and comfortable. As always we found the parking easy, the room comfortable and we slept well. The staff, however, appeared enthusiastically disorganised. Our welcome at reception was less than warm, at breakfast we had very attentive staff who consistently brought food and drink which we had not ordered,...
