Originally we choose this hotel for the price, reflecting back, this was a tragic mistake and I fully regret not paying a little extra for a friendly cleaner hotel. Firstly I booked the hotel for the wrong day. Instead of Tuesday to Wednesday I choose Monday to Tuesday. I phoned the hotel to find the younger lady staff member to...

We stopped here on the 10/3/17 for our sons birthday to watch Russell Howard at a nearby venue when we first walked into the reception we were impressed then we went to our room and that's when it went downhill dirty smelly lights on the bathroom hanging out of the ceiling shower leaked got out and nearly broke my neck...

Very small room on the 6th floor, not at all big enough for a double bed, could hardly move around it. Bathroom was so tiny, couldn't even open the bathroom door as the double bed was in the way so if you were a bit on the big size, you would have had to move the bed! Asked for two...

Booked a room over the telephone at short notice due to storm Doris. Arrived at the agreed time to find my room had been let to someone else. The reception staff could offer no help at all and it left me stranded in London. I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on this.

Visited Duke of Leinster in january with a friend. After visiting many hotels in London we thought it's a very good hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast with lots of things to choose. Nice room, The only thing to complain about is that there were only one readinglamp.

Hotel in great location to access Hyde park and other sights. Rooms were well decorated (we stayed in a family room with 5 beds), and warm. Had a good view over the front street. No lamps in the room which was not great as some of us wanted to read after some went to sleep. Pillows and sheets were basic....

The hotel is in the heart of london, close to hydepark, but requires about minutes walking to get to a bus or underground. As a 3 star hotel, room is quite small, but clean and furniture is good, not used and there is decoration, there is good central heating and air condition, however the room window has nothing to look...

We booked this hotel knowing we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in it... The hotel itself is located very close to Hyde Park and slightly away from the hustle and bustle, the location is good. The room was.... okay...clean and a good size for a family, the beds were flimsy and my sons bed actually broke...

The staff were friendly and the room was adequate. We stayed for 2 nights, the breakfast was basic but as this is a cheaper option for London it was expected. The room was small, clean and warm and quiet!

We spent three nights in this hotel. Our room was very small (just big enough to fit a standard double bed), but breakfast was good and staff are friendly. The location was perfect, close to bus stops and tube stations to other parts of London and also close to Hyde Park/ Kensington Gardens.
