Stayed one night this week for business trip. The reception area is apparently being refurbished so you are met be a boarded off area as you enter the hotel. Did jot meet one single native English speaking member of staff so I had every conversation twice over. Room on the 3rd floor okay, but dated. No water or mini bar...

From speaking to the most helpful and friendly Reception Staff to departing this Hotel, one could not ask more of a 3 Star Hotel. Our Double Room was well fitted out, clean and a good size. Complementary tea/coffee facilities, plus a pleasant view and my wife and I found it very quiet on the 4th floor. WiFoften inclusive at hotels,...

Stayed for two nights with my group. Hotel in great location. Rooms clean with tea and coffee making in rooms. We had evening meal that was cold due to hot plates not working properly, but for the next two mornings breakfast was still only warm. Food was the only let down so hopefully when I take next group in September...

Great location for this hotel (close to Hyde Park; 5 min walking from either Queensway and Lancaster Gate- Central Line tube stops), that represents a cost accessible option in this area. Booking in advance you will do good deals: I paid less than 90 Euro per night! Be aware that they are refurbishing the ground floor. This doesn't mean anything...

First time in London, hotel recommended by Delta vacations. Nice hotel, located close to the tube. Great front desk staff, very helpful. The room was small but I think stand in the UK. Very clean. The breakfest was excellant, they had it all. Room was located near the lift and was noisy. Would research for other hotels.

This is an excellent hotel if you plan to visit London and not stay in the rooms all day. The hotel is located in a quiet area on a secondary street a bit north of Kensington Gardens. The rooms have basic utilities and comfortable beds. Toiletries, towels, safe box and trouser press are available in rooms. The hotel was nicely...

The hotel is very close to two tube stations and Hyde Park, which is very convenient. The room was average size and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent- lots of variety and the quality was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a musty smell which intensified as the weather warmed up. It wasn't a stale...

Good clean hotel in superb central location. Nice friendly staff, clean rooms if a little on the small side. Staff were efficient and friendly. It was also very quiet . On the downside there were refurbishments in progress during our stay on 27th May -13. This meant having to ask for key to the toilet at reception when you were...
