We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in July. The price according to the quality isn't justified at all. The only good thing is the location as it's next to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, both useful. As we arrived, we had a £125...More

Stayed here whilst attending concert in Hyde park. Location could not be faulted, the hotel sits right on the edge of Hyde park. My husband upgraded our room to a suite as I was celebrating a birthday. The room was certainly huge and the view...More

This hotel was FAR better than the place we stayed in last year when we visited London. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean! It was a quiet neighborhood, close enough to the tube, and had easy access to restaurants and...More

Hi. Reception isn't open 24 hours but sister hotel Phoenix next door is and no problem dropping off or picking up keys. They have a board specifically for KHG keys so process is quick.

Just stayed there. Super-friendly reception. They are open from 8a-5p. After 5p, you have to drop off or pick up your key from the Phoenix Hotel, just a few doors down. Not an inconvenience at all.
